– Booking and payment deadline 7 days prior to the Convention.– Hotel accommodation can only be guaranteed with bookings submitted 30 days prior to the Convention.– Hotel rooms will only be booked upon submission of the online booking form with payment.– Room accounts will be closed until individuals open the account with a credit card or cash deposit at the Front Desk.– Extra charges to the rooms must be settled in full by delegates upon check-out.– Special dietary requirements – surcharge for Kosher and Halaal meals apply.
