  • There are a range of delegate options available for the 2025 Convention.

    > All options include accommodation at Champagne Sports Resort.
    > All prices exclude VAT.

  • The 2025 Convention starts at 10am on Wednesday 4 June - thereby allowing time for delegates to drive down from Johannesburg on Wednesday morning should they wish to choose the two-night option.

  • Carpooling is available – add your name to the carpooling option in the booking form and we will informally link you up.

SAGIC 2025 | Terms & Conditions

– Booking and payment deadline 7 days prior to the Convention.
– Hotel accommodation can only be guaranteed with bookings submitted 30 days prior to the Convention.
– Hotel rooms will only be booked upon submission of the online booking form with payment.
– Room accounts will be closed until individuals open the account with a credit card or cash deposit at the Front Desk.
– Extra charges to the rooms must be settled in full by delegates upon check-out.
– Special dietary requirements – surcharge for Kosher and Halaal meals apply. Contact the PCO for details.
– A cash drinks service will be available at all meals.
– Only registered and fully paid-up delegates will be granted entry to the SAGIC Convention.


Cancellation Policy:
    * From 59 days to and including 30 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 50 % of the booked total will be levied
    * From 29 days to and including 15 days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of 75 % of the booked total will be levied
    * From 14 days to and including day of arrival, a cancellation fee of 100 % of the booked total will be levied
